Subscription terms
- Prices are per member (seat) in US dollars. Monthly: Starter $6, Pro $10 per member per month. Annual: Starter $60, Pro $96 per member per year, charged once a year.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and charges recur until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Billing by switching to the Free plan. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for; your data is kept.
- Every payment is covered by our 30-day Refund Policy.

Billing questions
- What counts as a member (seat)?
- Every person who belongs to your CovaNode organization counts as one seat. A paid organization is billed for at least one seat.
- What happens when I add or remove members?
- Your subscription's seat count updates automatically. Added members are charged pro-rata for the rest of the current billing period; removed members create a pro-rated credit on your next invoice.
- What are AI credits?
- 1 credit = one AI field generation, chat message, or natural-language view-filter query. Summaries and AI database creation use 2 credits. Semantic search is free. Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). On Starter and Pro, credits are pooled per workspace: per-member allowance × number of members.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time (pro-rated). Switching from annual to monthly is only available at your renewal date.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. In Settings → Billing, switch to the Free plan at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organization moves to the Free plan and no further charges are made. Your data is kept.
- Refunds?
- If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment or any renewal. See the Refund Policy.
- Who processes payments?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment, invoicing, sales tax / VAT and refund processing, and appears on your receipt and card statement.
