The highlights of each release. Small fixes ship continuously and are not all listed here.

#October 26, 2026 — Free guests and access levels

• Guests are now free and see only what you share with them — a space, a database, a document or a whiteboard. Invite clients, partners and freelancers without paying for a seat (10 guests on the Free plan, unlimited on paid plans). See Members, roles and permissions.
• Can view or Can edit: when you restrict a space, database or document, choose the access level for each person.
• Safer access lists: being listed on a space or database no longer gives anyone more than their role allows — a viewer stays read-only.
• The dashboard's My spaces now shows only spaces you can open.

#October 26, 2026 — covanode.com in more languages

• covanode.com is now also in French, Turkish and Spanish. Choose a language from the new language menu at the top of every page. The CovaNode app itself is in English and Arabic.

#October 26, 2026 — The User Guide is complete

• New guide pages: PDF templates, Members, roles and permissions and Plans, billing and storage.
• Screenshots now show the new look, in English on the English guide.

#October 26, 2026 — CovaNode opens in your language

• After you sign in, CovaNode opens in the language saved in your account, on any device.
• Switching language from the workspace menu is now remembered for your next sign-in.
• New accounts use the language you signed up in.

#October 26, 2026 — More of CovaNode in Arabic, safer deletes

• Notifications and their labels now appear in Arabic.
• Default fields (Name, Description, Created By…) and the All Records view are shown in Arabic until you rename them.
• Deleting an automation, an integration or revoking an API key now asks you to click twice.

#October 26, 2026 — A new look for CovaNode

• New logo and app icon across the app, covanode.com and emails, with refreshed brand colors.

#October 25, 2026 — Automations page fix

• Fixed: the Automations page could appear empty and the database list in New automation had no options.

#October 25, 2026 — Automations pick members, more Arabic

• Automations: pick a member from a list for Assign user and Send notification instead of typing an ID. Notifications sent to yourself now arrive.
• Readable automation summaries: the builder and every automation card read like Record updated · Status → Assign user → Reviewer.
• More of the interface in Arabic: whiteboard permissions and toolbar, the document editor toolbar, empty tables and lists. Converting a sticky note to a task now shows a message with Open task.

• New guide pages: Documents, Whiteboards, Automations and Reports and dashboards, with screenshots.

#October 25, 2026 — User Guide in the app and field types in Arabic

• User guide in the Help menu: open this guide, and What's new, from the Help menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
• Board views work with any Workflow field, whatever you call it — for example Stage or الحالة.
• Field types in Arabic: in the Arabic interface, field type names now appear in Arabic, such as سير العمل for Workflow.

#October 25, 2026 — Images in documents and storage tools

• Images inside documents: paste a screenshot, drag and drop images, or use the Insert image button. Images pasted from Word, Excel or Outlook are uploaded with the text kept.
• Duplicating a document now copies its images.
• Trash: delete selected items permanently with Delete permanently. Items older than 30 days are now removed automatically.
• Storage alerts: owners and admins see a notice when workspace storage reaches 80% and when it is full.
• Usage page: storage now shows record files, document images, saved PDFs and PDF template images separately.
• User Guide: this guide is now available in English and Arabic.

#October 24, 2026 — File attachments and storage per plan

• Files field: attach documents, images and PDFs to records. Images and PDFs open in a preview; uploads go straight to secure private storage.
• Storage per plan: Free 1 GB per workspace, Starter 5 GB per member, Pro 20 GB per member, with a maximum file size per plan. See Pricing.
• Tables show how many files each record has in a Files column.
• Security improvements across the product.

#October 23, 2026 — Signatures in PDF templates

• Signature element in the Page Designer: add a signature image with a signing line and caption.
• Dropdowns in the last rows of a table now open upward so they are never cut off.

#October 20–21, 2026 — Better PDFs and relations

• Print view: turn the current view into one PDF table with totals per column (paid plans).
• Default PDF template per database, and regenerate a saved PDF with another template.
• Relation picker searches every record of the linked database, not only the newest ones.
• Tables load all records, so filters, search, select-all and bulk PDF always work on the complete database.

#October 19, 2026 — Page Designer

• PDF templates: design your own layouts for quotes, invoices and reports with headings, fields, tables of linked records, logos, QR codes, Hijri dates and Arabic-Indic digits.
• Bulk PDF for selected records, a Generate PDF button field, and a Generate document automation that can save the PDF to the record or email it.
